Normally I don't like braided line too much, usually because for me it tends to break more easily at the knot, of which I have lost several lures because of this. I am an avid freshwater fisherman, and I love to use the braided line for topwater baits, you get so much better control and feel. I did find that if I use a drop of the braided line glue (basically super glue) that the knot holds better but I wonder if this affects the action of the bait? or maybe its a good trade off anyway, since I have lost any baits since using it. One tip, you should always cut and retie your knot after every fish that you catch using braided line.
