  1. questionWhat if I refuse a shipment?
    Any shipments that are refused and delivered back to us will incur a 20% restocking fee plus the cost of shipment. No exceptions.

  2. questionMy Shipping Address shows N/A
    This is because you have ordered an item that is downloadable, for example an eBook, which does not require shipping to you. Therefore the shipping address is not applicable (N/A).

  3. questionIf I don't have PayPal account and I pay with Credit Card how can I cancel my subscription?
    Even if you do not currently have a Paypal account, your credit card will still be processed through Paypal. During processing you will go through the steps on Paypal to create an account, from there you can manage your subscription.

  4. questionI ordered the "How To Start A Reel Repair Busienss" but I have not received the link to download it
    Make sure you are not running any email blocking or whitelist software that could be preventing emails coming from ReelSchematic from reaching you. You can send an email to sales@reelschematic.com and let us know of the issue and after we validate your order we will email the e-book to you.

  5. questionWhat types of payment are accepted?
    We use Secure PayPal for order payment processing, which accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal and eCheck.

  6. questionWhat carriers do you use for shipping?
    Right now we only use USPS for both U.S. Domestic and International shipping. They provide us a much lower shipping cost and more features. In the future we may add others, when we do they will automatically show up as a choice for shipping.
